Thank you to everyone at NPP ! I rented from them for about 6 years maybe a little longer ! Moving in process was a breeze and I was really impressed about the moving out process they were excellent in helping me out with everything! Especially since I was moving to a whole different city! If I were to move to El Paso again I’d definitely rent from them again !

My husband and I own two rental properties in the El Paso, TX area and we are very grateful for Northern Pass Properties. They were recommended to us by our realtor and we so appreciate their expertise and experience with rentals in the area. We had a vacancy last year when the economy was low and they worked with us continually to come up with an affordable rental price and keep our property occupied. We've mostly worked with Dale, Lisa and Erika and they are quick with responses to any questions. Everyone has been great!

Update: We were told we’d receive our deposit within 3–5 business days, yet we didn’t get an itemized bill until after repeatedly emailing and calling—and we still haven’t received our deposit. I’ve also reached out to Lisa twice with no response, which is very unprofessional. I should not have to be following up on the 31st day just to get what’s owed. Please get it together and get organized.
We rented from this company for 2 years and while the home was much older and had a lot of issues, work orders we submitted were always addressed and we were able to make it work.
However, after moving out, we have had a negative experience. Today marks the 31st day since we vacated, and we have not received an itemized bill or the return of our security deposit. Under Texas law, landlords are required to provide either a refund or an itemized list of deductions within 30 days, and failing to do so forfeits their right to keep any portion of the deposit. Instead, we’ve been left waiting with no resolution.
It’s unfortunate that after a long tenancy, the move-out process has ended this way.

If u have a credit score under 600 do not apply I spoke to Cristal and told her I went through a divorce and had bad credit that I was filing for bankruptcy and she told me that she couldn’t tell me what number my credit score should be so I paid the 35$ for application and after the report came in she tells me I need a 600+ score and had to many outstanding debt and don’t qualify.. thank a for the bs
