Do Not buy a utility trailer from Northern Tool, I purchased a utility trailer three months ago and I still don't have the title.
I returned the trailer and they made this part or the transaction easy, thanks.

I stopped by a few days ago looking for something to fix a broken walker belonging to my elderly rider. The staff was extremely helpful in trying to help come up with a solution. When we were unable to, they suggested I try a different establishment that might be able to. Although they were not able to assist in their facility, they helped with the solution as the other establishment did fix it. Great customer service from the team that was working that day!!

I want to leave this note cause SOFIA is awesome!! Very nice person she makes the difference between the all team and her!! She needs to be the employee of the month for sure!! We need more people like her!! Very satisfied!! Store was very clean as well!!

This company is putting us through many problems, a month after purchasing a generator + the warranty (with a cost of around 100 dollars) the generator stopped working. We took it to validate the warranty and they told us that it was our fault and that they are not going to fix anything and they are also going to charge us a fee of $60 dollars! for checking it out. The generator was only used a couple times. It is impossible that we have broke it. The only option the manager gives us is to buy a new one. I have spoken to customer service several times and they don't know anything. The only thing they do is give us the information of Rachel Wright the district manager, who never answers calls, text messages or emails.

ORDERED A PUMP THAT WAS IN STOCK; AFTER WAITING A WEEK FOR IT TO SHIP I REALIZED THEY NEVER HAD IT I CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICE TO FIND WHAT THE HOLD UP WAS AND THEY LIED TO ME ON THREE DIFFERENT CALLS ,CUSTOMER SERVICE THE WORST; INVENTORY MANAGEMENT TERRIBLE, WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN
