I recently visited Oasis Tires and had an outstanding experience. The staff was not only knowledgeable but also incredibly helpful in guiding me to the right set of tires for my vehicle. The wide range of options and competitive prices impressed me. The service was prompt, and the technicians displayed expertise during the installation. Overall, a top-notch tire shop I highly recommend for quality products and excellent customer service.

Incredible service. Always!!!! This location provides you incredible prices, customer service, transparency, and honesty. UNLIKE the Oasis on Joe battle where the customer is not treated appropriately and your cologne is stolen from your car. I rather drive 31 miles to this location, than 2 mins to Joe battle. Alex, Chris, Isamar, and Miguel are outstanding! I appreciate your patience.

Customer beware. I won’t be going back to Oasis Tire on Mesa Street. I took my car there to have my wheels and tires balanced and they scratched my wheels taking off the stick on wheel weights that were on my car. They used a metal putty knife to take off the weights that were on my wheels leaving my wheels noticeably scratched. Don’t take your car anywhere near this place, you will be sorry if you do. If I could I would give them a zero star rating.

I was ready to leave on a trip to Scottsdale and realized my tires needed to be replaced. I normally go to a national competitor but the place is just crazy busy and I would have have to wait over four hours just for my vehicle to be seen. I visited the location on the far east of town and was pleasantly surprised by the options and competitive pricing on all of their tires. The staff was very knowledgeable and recommended a tire that was excellently rated and priced below their competitors. I didn’t have to wait more than 45 minutes and they were done. I couldn’t have asked for more. Great service, great pricing and great wheel and tire products. ** on another note, since they had suggested the warranty for roadside service, when I got back I got a flat and I visited their west side location and the service was just as great. They had me in and out in thirty minutes. I would definitely recommend these guys. Everything about my experience was great!

Had a 4 inch lift perform here honestly, I wanted to leave the place happy but unfortunately it’s a very amateur run store. The installation was poorly done when I picked up my truck it shook like crazy and I had to take it into Pep Boys for an alignment and the guys at Pep Boys also mentioned that they never weighed my tires properly Again an amateur installation I shouldn’t of had any problems when I left

I would not recommend this shop. Bought a new set of tires, $2000+ worth and have had 2 valve stem issues due to incorrect installation and a hub cap come off due to poor installation. Called the shop and they said the hub cap was already broken. This was after the fact. Should have sold me a new on if it was broken. What a joke. Beware. 3 issues, 1 the day after, 1 a month after and 1 two months after.

They were really friendly and very helpful. I went in for a lugnut and the guy who works there was able to find me one and didn’t even charge me. Great customer service. Thanks again :)
