This is the third time that this has happened to me at this branch, I have never been able to print my plans (blueprint) in the size requested and it is the same lady who has helped me in the printing area, who does not speak Spanish and does not ask for help so that Explain to him, today I noticed when I asked him for help he made a face of annoyance, I think that if you are going to work in a place like this you should not treat the customer badly, I have been printing in other branches for years, without a problem in this one they do have the wrong staff, greetings

Bad experience and very bad customer service 😑.
I was in your office depot store around 1:30 p.m. at your Geronimo and Gateway.
West store.
The people that work at this store, seem and look like it's a bother to give customer service to the customers.
A girl that works there started helping me and out of nowhere she walked away from me and started helping another customer and I wasn't finished asking her questions about what I needed from Office Depot.
I ask a young man to help, and he was okay, but I really think he didn't want to help me by the look he gave me.
So then I ask another employee to help me and with surprise it was the store manager.
These were her exact words.
What do you want?
I told her with your attitude I don't want you to help me.
The manager of Office Depot and the employee need to go back to training school to learn about customer service.
There's something definitely wrong with the way you train your people Office Depot.
I was dress in casual clothes.
Because I have a business that most of our works in outdoors.
Maybe Office depot employees that I didn't have any money to spend in their store.
But in fact I have my own business.
My business is the fastest growing canopy business in El Paso, Texas and all West Texas.
I'm never going to return to Office Depot and that's a fact!!!
Office Depot changes store manager like crazy.
Very unhappy people working at Office Depot.
Good luck with your employees and your stores.
This has to be the saddest company in the world.

I Needed to print out 60 sticker sheets. Was told by a rude employee that was clearly on a personal phone call. Approached the counter, the employee said it would take two days to complete !! Without even not knowing what it was !! Never again.

Super bad service!! They act like they don't know Spanish, you can't pay in cash, the copy girl is super bad-tempered, it's my second time and it's terrible.

I was refused service because I'm a veteran. I wanted to print out military photos and was repeated told no. That the files were not 'pictures', even though they were literally Jpgs. And had emailed them to the store multiple times right in front of the printing service clerk to prove they were. But yet magically everyone before me and after me printed shit out just fine.
Zero stars if I could.

I was told that prints less than 10 copies, has to be a print order. I sent in my print order, came to get it, and lady states she has until 12pm to print it; that’s not the issue. The issue is, she’s using her time to help someone print copies (from their personal computer at the print counter), that are less than 10 copies and not printing them to the machine. The same machine she pointed me to a week ago for 12 copies. So, that time you’re using to help a man out, to print stuff he should have sent the proper way (as your new policy states), in for a print job the proper way, you could have printed all the printed currently in cue. 9/23/2024. Now I’m sitting here waiting for 1200. Thanks.

Copy and print worthless people no help. The girl was on her phone trying not to help and the manager Wesley useless. Worst place to get help now I remember why I go to fedex office on Montana 100x more knowledgeable , helpful and professional. Hopefully Eric Sida can find good employees because it’s been a minute copy and print is trash. Find somewhere else to get your materials

This place has the most disgusting bathrooms I have ever seen. It’s as if they haven’t been cleaned in months. The smell was awful. I’m disgusted.
