Every time i come here the staff always greets me with a smile and are attentive to my business needs. In particular the printing department. Daisy and Niyah are friendly, helpful and always seem to be in a good mood. Today, I went in to have some documents scanned and I asked Daisy if she could scan them a certain way and with no hesitation she did. If anyone is having doubts or concerns about the level of professionalism this establishment has please note that the staff here will have you taken care of.
Lastly, if corporate management is reading this review please know that this location is always on top of things. Your location at Geronimo is the one that is needing an attitude makeover. They always seem to have a DMV attitude and are of no help when one is needing things printed or finding a particular item.

I needed a project printed and Daisy went above and beyond. She was patient and professional. The print piece was perfect but it was her kindness and expertise that impressed me the most.

The store prices they post on its web page are not the ones you see at the store, they are always higher. No wonder why this store is always empty.

Terrible service, terrible copies!!!
I went to make copies and it turns out the copies came out blurred and low on ink. I tried to get help from the only person in the copy area, Una, and she ignored me for about 20 minutes, so I went to find someone at the store to help me. No one really did, so I walked out with terrible copies at regular price and totally ignored by the person in charge.

I went to this location today to mail a fairly large package. Although there were some technical difficulties that prolonged the experience, the associates that were helping me made it an enjoyable experience. I did not catch both their names, but Aura was extremely kind, helpful and professional. Traits that are rare in customer service these days. She was enthusiastic about learning a process she was unfamiliar with. I usually only take the time to write negative reviews, but Aura’s kind personality, contagious smile and professional attitude was so top notch it’s worth writing about.

I have shipped box’s here all the time. But will no longer use Office Depot. I paid $90 to ship two box’s. What should’ve took 3 days maximum took a week to be delivered. I normally get the option to choose who I want to ship with. But the girl didn’t give me no options just told me how much. I asked the price for another carrier besides the one she picked for me which was FedEx. But didn’t get an exact price. I always pick USPS. So for now on I’m just gonna go to the post office.

If there were no stars, that’s what I would leave. Checked pricing online for a package of clips. I found what I needed and headed to the store. I got the package went to check out and the price was almost double! Asked for the manager. Manager says not all pricing is the same between the website and the store, what a bunch of Crap! Liars and cheaters. With so many options for office supplies I’ll never give my money to these crooks!

Great customer service, competitive prices if you are a member. It takes 2 minutes to become a member if you are not one. Clean store and good selection.

The cashiers today in the morning did not want to charge, they moved us from cash register to cash register and did not attend to us, it was better to leave the product and leave, terrible service

It’s not often you visit a big chain retail store like Office Depot where you receive outstanding service, but associate Aura did just that. She was very helpful and patient with our questions and ensured we walked out with the best deals possible. She had a bright smile through the entire interaction. Aura radiated great aura :) Thank you, we know retail isn’t easy, but your kindness does not go unnoticed. Consider giving Aura a raise and/or promotion.

Very poor customer etiquette from the copy and print department. I tried various times to get help and her rudeness was getting worse. The office Depot on Geronimo on the other hand is five star indeed
