The location is good. But the customer service is very hit and miss, I feel the one at tge mall may be a better selection. It’s just okay.

Terrible customer service from the cashier. Prices were marked incorrectly and made it seem like it was the customers fault, instead of their own. Me and another woman went back with our receipt because we had the same issue. They could've just been more respectful about it instead, he walked away when I was trying to explain and went with the manager. I went back with him afterwards to show him, and they moved the prices in the frames. They need more training or hire people with actual customer service experience.

I am familiar with Old Navy’s 30 day return policy but normally if i miss the 30 day window, they offer store credit. When I went this past week the associate informed me they would not accept my return nor offer me store credit due to the “holiday policy”. When I returned a late return to the cielo vista location during the holiday period they gave me store credit. The manager also denied me store credit so now i’m left with joggers that don’t fit. Very odd they said it’s company policy not to accept late returns when other stores do.

Worst customer service ever. Went in for an online order pickup went to the sign that said pick up in the front. There was a girl there writing stuff down didnt even acknowledge that i was there when i told her what i was there for had the ugliest attitude said she couldnt get it cus she was busy so i had to wait for the other girl to get the bag that’s literally right behind her. Im not sure if shes mentally incompetent and thats why she wasnt able to get my order but even so that doesnt give you a right to have a nasty attitude vieja amargada ?

Went today for school shopping for my child…. The signs for 30% off were not clear. They were labeled over clothing that was not actually on sale. 2 pairs of jeans cost me $100 when it should have been much less with the way the signs were hung. Guy working at register today at joe battle location 7/26/23 at around 3 was a little rude as well. I told him the signs weren’t very clear but he just repeated that things I purchased were not on sale. I don’t think I will return because I think if the signs are going to be incorrectly displayed I should get it at that price.

I recently visited Old Navy and had an interaction with an employee named Jenny that I found to be less than satisfactory. Although she did not appear to be overtly rude, I noticed that her responses were curt and lacked warmth. I approached Jenny with some questions about a product I was interested in, but her responses were unhelpful and didn't address my concerns. It was clear that she wasn't interested in engaging in conversation or providing me with additional information. As a customer, I expect to receive courteous and attentive service when shopping. Although Jenny did nothing inherently wrong, her attitude made me feel like an inconvenience rather than a valued customer. I believe that Old Navy could benefit from additional customer service training for employees like Jenny to improve the overall shopping experience for customers.
