An employee of oreilly Auto Parts got in a car accident with my mom and lie to the police that my mom ran a red light when he was turning left on a green yield and on top of that when the manager guillermo got there and saw it was his employees fault he was rude to my mom, now my mom has to pay to fix her car plus medical bills, she gets paid 9$ an hour here in El paso texas so its not fair that a Big corporation can just get away with this when people like my mom are the ones that buy parts from them and they treat them like that. I bought a transmission part, it turned out that it came broken. I went to want her back and they brought me back to back. That they didn't have money. And the one who sold the part said that it was not bankrupt. The good thing is that before buying it my husband sent me a photo of the part and there it shows where it was ALREADY broken. But they already thought of me as a liar and a part-changer. I had to show them the photo so they would believe me.
