Great staff here. Alternator died on me while me and my wife were going to the store. They help me get the part that I needed and supplied me with the tools I needed to change it in the parking lot in about 20 minutes and we were back on the road.

O'Reilly's at 5305 Alameda Ave, El Paso, TX. Horrible customer service at this location! Tried returning a battery core and not one employee was able to help me. And then I stepped in to the parking lot to call my son (Hayden Gougeon) who works at O'Reilly's in Eldon, Mo store #4082, so that he could walk them through the steps and the Locked the door on me! This at 8:42pm pm when the sign clearly said they closed at 9:00pm. Took a picture of OPEN sign as I was pulling out the parking lot!This was also after I tried a store across town that said closed at 8:00pm and when I got there the door was locked but at least it was 7:56pm, two more customers were pulling in also and also found a locked door. Why have Your operating hours online if you're not going to abide by them. Not Happy at All!!! Thank you for your time.
