Trying to get my $$$ refunded from O'Reilly is becoming a nightmare experience. Purchased a Diesel Pump and after getting three (3) damaged pumps, all I want is a refund and O'Reilly is refusing and not honoring their 3 year Warranty. Going to seek legal advice and going to Better Business Bureau to file complaint.

Store manager ALEJANDRA was really rude 10 years of experience is not noticed. I got life warranty for my car’s brake pads and Once I came in the store the manager did not accept my brake pads. If you are planning to buy the life warranty please don’t . Watch out for full terms and conditions on life warranty because it is a total scam.
