People DO NOT COME HERE unless you want to be ripped off. Bought a brand new starter $270 didnt work right out of the box and the manager said I was SOL and there was nothing I could do. I took to another store got full refund and bought a new starter at autozone a block away. You been warned people! Shady business practices at this location!

I received a miracle at O'Reilly's. Mary was glowing and selling parts from every corner of the store. She looked over to me and the exact part I was looking for appeared in my hand.

Best customer service I have ever had. Flor was happy and cheerful to help me with a new battery and engine check. She took my old battery out and installed the new one for me. It was a huge blessing for me because I am unable to lift one myself. I appreciate Flor for her hard work and excellent customer service. I will be back again. I will recommend O'Reilly's to all my family and friends.

I called today to ask about buying a battery for my car a woman who's name she gave me was Mary was very rude since answering the phone, getting irritated and being snappy when I asked to speak to a manager she said she was in charge and refused to put anyone higher than her that I can speak to arguing with me about wanting to speak to a manager in the first place. They hung up which is very unperfessional in a work environment I called back a man answered the phone and hung up on me as well due to asking for a manager again. Very unperfessional, very rude, don't know how u have people like that working there
