Unreliable and untrustworthy.Delivery of furniture kept on being delayed with inconsistent excuses. The policy for no refund is mentioned as if it were the customers fault for there lack of follow up and failure to follow through. Currently sitting in their store pending "refund" paperwork that was discussed a day ago. Not ready either. When finally ready, my last name was misspelled with a Z at the end. They conveniently won't provide supervisors above the General Manager.

Dont Buy Here!!! I purchased a bed set with a very nice mattress March 8 for my daughter which I paid in full. I was told it would get delivered apx. 2-4 weeks. So after not getting any phone calls or emails I went to the store after 4 weeks and they said it was on receipt that it could be up to 6 weeks. I kept on going back and forth with them getting lied to several times. I was told twice the set was on a delivery truck coming from California and it was all lies. So finally after 7 months of waiting I got the set delivered but then was told the mattress had not arrived. I got a loaner which is crap and today is almost 8 months and still waiting on the mattress. All this time they dont reach out or anything. I will just be going for my money back. I had not read the reviews otherwise I would never have shopped there. I researched and found an article from K-Fox where they closed down their location in NE for the same reason and multiple complaints to the Better Business Bureau. That will be next step. Again, unless you like throwing your money away, do not do business with this company. They sold me a Consumer Priority Solutions (a scam company - see their Better Business Bureau and Trust Pilot reviews) furniture warranty for $1,500 and the salesman, Hernandez, assured me the warranty covered accidental damage. What they didn't tell me is that the warranty company, CPS, rules any damage as wear and tear and that isn't included under accidental damage so they deny the claims. Chris Garcia is the owner/manager and he will tell you anything to pacify you to get you off the phone, but does not take action to correct the problem. Chris refuses to refund the cost for the warranty despite his sales person lying to me about the warranty and the warranty company being a scam. Don't walk past Osgo, run past them to a furniture store that stands by their word and doesn't sell overpriced cheap furniture and scam warranties.

I SPENT THE WHOLE DAY WITH SALES REP/MGR.. ON PHONE PICKING OUT FURNITURE AND I FOUND A FEW PCS. VERY INTERESTED IN I FOUND THIS SOFA AND LOVESEAT AND GAVE HIM THE PRICE AND HE VERIFIED AND I TOLD HIM I WANTED TO ORDER THAT SET AND IT TOOK HIM AWHILE TO GET BACK WITH ME AND THEN HE CALL ME AND TELLS THE WRONG PRICE WAS ON THE INTERNET. THAT IS NOT MY PROBLEM REP. HAD VERIFIED PRICE AND WAS GOING TO ORDER SO THAT PRICE IS TO BE THAT INTERNET PRICE. BEAUTIFUL FURNITURE AND I WAS JUST GETTING READY TO REPLACE SOME PCS, REP. WON'T RETURN MY CALLS.

What a joke!!! Just wish I saw their review earlier! Currently going at it with them and I know one thing for sure I am getting all my money back (no damn 30% for some stupid re-stacking fee). For those who might still decide to go there after reading these reviews please do not believe in any word that any of them say and as soon as you walk in record every single conversation you have with them. If you have been battling with them for your money and worry about the 30% please call police file a complaint, file a complaint with the Texas Business Association and then file a lawsuit at the court. These people do not belong in business. %30 re-stacking fee my A! You failed to meet your end of the deal by not delivering on time concurred time why I gotta pay just because you have that written in your receipt? Need to learn a bit about the law!!! I'm super pissed at these people! Shame on you osgo home!

I ordered a dining room since January, they told me it would arrive in 4 weeks today, 03/20/2023, I contacted them at the seller's direct number because they never answer the customer service number, she told me that my order did not arrive. I had to be behind them all this time because they do not pay attention to their clients. It seems that they are going to give me the product and to make matters worse, they charge you a fee when you sign the contract and they did not return it to me. I do not recommend them at all. ...

I am very disappointed in my experience with OSGO homes. My wife and I purchased a sofa and loveseat combo for nearly $2400. They did not last longer than two months. What makes the experience even more disappointing is OSGO home refuses to help in anyway with an exchange or refund. Instead they offer the same loveseat at a lower price. Both “managers” who sold me the combo at this location stated that we had a year for manufacture defects or 90 days for exchanges for the same product. They also gave a real nice presentation on the quality of their products. Needless to say both claims were bogus and were a mere ploy to convince us to purchase. If this is the way business is conducted regularly I would hate for anyone to suffer through this and waste their time here. If I could rate this location 0 starts I would.

Bad experience with Oscar. He lied about inventory. Lied about when he would be there to correct his mistake. Po d all his wrong doing on one of his workers. Finally agreed on another bed being delivered just to have the delivery postponed for another day. My experience with them was so bad. Would give 0 stars if I could.
