Very friendly staff! Great quality products. The staff was super helpful Roth finding the right products for us and did not seem too pushy with making sales and helped us with staying in our budget too.

The manager Jennifer is very sarcastic and rude. She was on her phone the whole time and didn’t even bother to go around and ask any customers if they needed help. Bad customer service.

I am disappointed to say that my visit to pac sun at cielo vista mall was less than okay. I regularly shop at this location and always buy clothes to support the business. But it seems that today my business was not welcome. The cashier showed no hospitality and seemed bothered by my presence. When asked about their new inventory she was rude and short with her answers not really being helpful at all. She seems to be interested in escalating the situation rather than diffusing and offering help to costumers the way a cashier should. When cashing out she did not ask for our phone number for rewards and didn’t bother to ask if we found everything okay.Cashier was working Monday june 14, around 7pm.It also seems she left a bad impression on other customers as well by reading some of the other reviews.
