I've been coming here for 20 years sometimes it's good sometimes it isn't. But I always have the owner (male) do my nails. And I tell him exactly how I want them and he does a good job. If anything happens to my nails within a couple of days I'll go back to him and help fix charge free.

I had thought they were pretty nice despite having 2 people working all the time. Went on a Sunday hours listed were from 12-5. Got there at 3:50 and the male worker locked the door. I could see him running to the door. I would have preferred if they had just opened the door and stated we are closing early today. Found it rude. I won’t go back now. The guy who did my nails here took his timw at first but started to rush . he shaped the nail fine but he did 3 coats of each nail polish (nude, black, clear coat) which made my nails look HUGE and bulky . i also told him i wanted diamonds on them and he only gave me two which arent centered . i wasted $50 . dont come here, its not worth it .

I am usually never the type to write reviews but I think some things need to be said. I am a very patient person and I work in the service industry so I understand a lot of different situations. I went in initially for a manicure and pedicure and opted to no longer get a manicure because of how poorly the pedicure was done. She was nice but the lines on a simple French tip pedicure are smeared and jagged, not to mention she cut my nails beyond what is an acceptable length to where they are now tender and throbbing. I have never received such a poorly done pedicure. Not to mention they charged me for gel nail polish, when I was never asked. $45 out of my pocket on my birthday only for me to have to go somewhere else tomorrow where they can fix it. I was the only person in the salon at the time of service and waited 45 minutes for my services so I didn’t expect any reason for it to be anything other than what I wanted. Will never be returning nor recommending.Service: Pedicure

My 1st experience here was impressive. There are only two employees at this location I wasn't in any hurry but I sure noticed who's faster at getting the job done. Wait Time frame was waited 20 minutes. The place is well kept. Ben isn't much for talking he's more on focusing on his work. One would probably have a different point of view but when it comes to culture, whom are we to judge and I've dealt with many. I don't take it personal unless I see and feel tension I will ask "are you ok?" Annndddd the attitude will change up in a moments notice. Ben demonstrated his much appreciated skills. No rinsing of the hands was kinda ehhhh!..so I asked if I can wash my hands. There was no massage and I was ok with that because my arthritis was acting up with the weather. Overall, I'm very happy with the outcome. See you in a few Ben.

I went in here to get my gel nail colored fixed because it had chipped. I didn’t need a fill in I asked him did he have the color I already had and he said no. I said okay I can pick something different he didn’t want to show me the rest of the gel colors and then told me you go back to where you got them done. He was extremely rude and then attempted to fuss with me I just walked out.Service: Gel manicure
