She even helped me read the small prints on the different containers. Which was a touch of love I won't forget. Especially when small print is exhausting for my eyes to focus in on. Wish I could remember her name :( because she deserves to be recognized.

“I have been using Happy Tails for 5 years. I have left my dogs with Mary one of the agents who works with them and I could not be happier. My dogs were well taken care of. She sent us photos showing all was well and she brought the mail in, give them thier shots and medicine when needed. They even offered to walk them. The yards where clean when I returned and the dog bowls were cleaned every day. When the ac went down as well they where on it and the problem solved so quickly. This company goes above and beyond with thier services. I am so happy a company like this is availabe. I hate to brother family with this so Happy Tails steps in and saves the day. The price at the store was $186 and online it was $88 I purchased for pickup at the store, the staff was nice enough to let me pickup right then and there instead of waiting 2hours for them to have my order ready. They also informed me they price match which is very helpful!!”

“I have always purchased my chihuahuas from Eva at VIP chihuahua. Eva is kind and very helpful, she is available for questions before and after purchase. My puppy was shipped all the way to Buffalo NY (my fourth puppy from Eva). The puppy is well socialized, gentle with my children and in great health. I get compliments on his unique colors all the time! Very healthy and well bred pup!”

“I went in for a self filling water bowl for cats. They were not where I previously saw them. I strolled through the store in search but was not able to find them. I looked for an employee of the store. When I found her, she looked in doubt, but found them quickly. I was expecting to spend $10-$20. She handed me a $49 item. I thanked her and commented on the price.
I searched through the feeders and found one that was $169. I kept searching the aisle until i found a $16 feeder. I bought it.
I cleaned it when I got home and proceeded to fill it with water. The problem was that it would not hold the water so I could fill it up. I finally realized I purchased a hard food feeder, not a water feeder. I'm getting dumber everyday.”

“This is a late review, a few days ago my son and I went in to casually look at some freshwater fish. We were greeted as soon as we walked in by Brian. He took the time to explain to us the type of fish they had left and why they won't be carrying fish soon. We then began speaking about our dogs and offered some very valuable knowledge, tips & tricks for some dog training. He took so much of his time to discuss different foods.
