Our experience with Patricia was absolutely fantastic! She is truly wonderful, and Pickles is the second dog we’ve had the pleasure of training with her. After such an incredible experience the first time, we knew we had to return. Patricia worked wonders with Pickles, teaching him commands like "sit," "down," "leave it," "wait," "stay," and more. We couldn’t be happier and would wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone!

They clearly have a sale on guppies tetras Molly's etc. I've come back a few times and seen fish come and go. But when we asked to buy some and they asked what fish after we said freshwater fish to which he then said they're not selling ANY of the fish... very lazy and unhelpful workers.

The groomer Crystal needs to learn professionalism and how to groom dogs. If I pay for a service to get my dog bathed and a haircut, I’d expect the groomers to have the experience and knowledge to handle a big dog. My dog is a 60 lb golden retriever but he’s a sweetheart. When asked how he did, she simply said “He needs work” and said she couldn’t give him a haircut because “he wouldn’t calm down”. We’ve groomed him before with a self home-kit so I know he’s able to settle down. 0/10 experience and won’t be bringing him back

Grooming is wonderful. They stick to the scheduled time and my dog isn’t sitting there all day waiting. We’re in and out in 2- 2 1/2 hours max. The Staff is so friendly! They make me feel like they love my dog just as much as I do.

First time taking my dog in to get groomed at petco on Montana, booked everything online and when I arrived the lady told me they could not groom my 6 month old puppy because he didn’t have his rabies shot at 4 months. It doesn’t say anywhere on the site while making the appointment that this was a needed prior to. He has all of his shots and will be getting that one soon but to schedule an appointment for 0845 in the morning and get there just to be told no was very disappointing and a waste of time.

The scheduling experience through the app was SUPERB! Very simple & scheduled same day! That’s impressive. When we arrived at the store for our appointment, the check-in process was unclear & confusing (there was no one to check us in at first, because they were inside the exam room, then when they finally did come out, they said they couldn’t see us & assumed we were late). Once we got help checking in, the process ran smoothly again.
We did have to wait for test results & for our prescriptions to be filled, which was tedious, but I was able to distract the dogs with treat & toy purchases, and do some shopping in the meantime.
The prices were very good! I recommended this Petco & vaccination/flea & tick services to my grandma as soon as I arrived home!!

I’ve been taking my two huskies to Nicole for years. She’s great with them and they love her. She is a great communicator and understands her furry clients and her customers.

Another Petco store, the service is good, but considering it’s in El Paso, the staff doesn’t speak Spanish, unlike other stores. I understand they’re not required to speak Spanish, but for customer service, it wouldn’t hurt.
