Absolutely horrible customer service. I stopped by for a few items and was completely ignored. I went to the cashier and he was writing something, which I understand he was busy but he was completely ignoring me. When i said “excuse me” he didn’t bother looking up. He just said “yeah?” And continued writing. This happened twice. When he finally made it very obvious he was annoyed. This is not the first time ive been made to feel so unwelcomed at this store. The aquatics “manager” has the exact same attitude. Its so sad your company allows this. Totally unacceptable!!!

I didn't care for the lack of customer service. I get that employees are human and can be tired, have things on their mind, etc but I didn't like that it felt like they were doing me the favor. We had just left the other chain pet store where the employees were super cool and welcoming. Maybe that helped me notice. Either way, Petco won't be my go to. I'll go there when I can't find things at other stores.

1 Dec 24 the manager" denied me to shop more fish after I insisted him to test the water from my fish that I was returning because they got sick. He insisted to bring more water from my aquarium.
It's a very stupid decision to forbid a customer to shop! I'm returning all the merchandise from November and won't shop ever again.
I don't need you petco!

I bought food for my 9 year old dog and the employees there were helpful and kind. Then the cashier created my account and was nice even thought I went ten minute before closing (I did not notice the time they closed today at sunday, so sorry for.being that last minute customer?). Still I appreciate the workers here.
