I have had so many issues with this company from their incredibly short and inconvenient hours, to running out of their own brand of food over and over again just last year in 2023. But I will focus on one issue in this review about curbside pickup. During the pandemic they offered curbside pickup, I started utilizing it last year because my toddler fell in their parking lot and hit his head on concrete while I’m trying to navigate holding a 50lb bag of food and open the trunk to my suv. As a mom, I was appreciate of the service offered and not having to get my toddler in and out of his car seat for 1 simple task. Today I was in a hurry and pull up to this location and place a call saying I am outside and would like a bag of food. They say they are no longer doing curbside, I buy 50lbs of food every week to week and a half and obviously this was a new policy that just popped up. So I was irritated but said ok I can be In tomorrow, since I was on a time crunch but I just had this service last week? The girl on the phone asked her manager Robert and he would not accommodate. So I was telling the girl in the phone the story of my son falling in their parking lot and the loss of convenience to a core customer base, moms with small children when she kept interrupting me and passed the phone off to the manager Robert. I gave him a cliff notes version of the story and said I do not have the time today to run in and talk but I can tomorrow. So we will see what the manager had to say or how he can accommodate for a lost service, im sure by doing nothing. I’m sure he could have accommodated one time and let me know the policy from here on out but instead we will need to speak in person with im sure zero resolution. Walmart, Petco and Petsmart offer pick up service so if the issue is that severe to me, I will just switch over to stores that keep up with current shopping trends and provide curbside service to their consumers, regardless of why it is they need that service.

Awesome service and although their food is priced more than Walmart, Sam's club, etc. the quality is by far better and the supplements and oils you can add are an awesome option.

Rude and very obnoxious. I went in with my daughter to try and find a certain cat food for my sick cat and the staff were looking at me as if i was going to rob the place. One of the staff yelled at me for accidentally walking on the wrong side of register, I didn't realize what he was yelling about as I had never been in there before and was focused on looking for cat food. The cashier rung me up as if I was inconveniencing her. Never going back again.

They have built metal spinners to mix oils in your Activa dog food. Good selection of skin and coat, hip and joint, and other flavors.If you care about your pooch,? then try their products. Buy 5 bags and get 6th free.?Go to the barn where all pets are welcomed ?yee ha.....
