The woman named Maria is very help full and has the Best energy in there I have called several times and other people have answered me rudely Maria was very quick with everything. I asked her and very kind. Recommend her if you’d like to talk to someone about items or anything in PetSmart.

My golden retriever has been groomed here regularly for over two years, usually with good results. The deluxe bath and brush always includes a light trimming of the sanitary area and in the past it has been done really well. I took my girl to be groomed last week and specifically asked the lady to please trim the back sanitary area. I noticed later when we got home that it didn't look like it had been done. I called two days later and explained that the back sanitary area wasn't trimmed like it usually is and asked if I could bring her back in. The lady looked it up and said it had been done. I said I'm looking at my dog right now and no, it wasn't done and doesn't look anything like it usually looks after she's been groomed there. She insisted it had been done. I won't be going back to this location. I took this photo two days after her grooming appointment and you can see that it doesn't look like any trimming was done.

my dog has been sitting inside the crate with no water, and no food for nearly 2 hours after his grooming was done. Not a single phone call or text message has been received. Spoke to the Manager, he didn’t even care. Terrible ??
