Over priced, went to buy a few things, also stopped to see how much it costed to cut nail of my dog, good price, but, lady was to Rude, thats not the type of service Im looking for, once a month for my family pet. It saddens me, to bump into people such as these.

Just gonna cut my dog nails, I needed medical records, shots, rabies shots, ship, Ive never had to do that before, she didnt mention that on the phone? She said, if she would take my dog in, the state would shut down there store?
I speack English and Spanish, German, Im x military. I felt discriminate, because she handed me a small paper in spanish, I was born here, dont judge me on the color of my skin. I felt deeply disappointed. I went to a vet, they did the job, with out asking for these things, think twice, befor takeing your best friend here.

I am always greeted as soon as I walk in. Asked if assistance is needed. Not only do I shop here frequently, but my pup has completed training here with success. I also utilize grooming services often. Great team+

I bought a pet carry-on bag from here a couple weeks ago to carry my puppy out with me to shop for treats with him, i returned yesterday with the bag and my puppy in it (his second time trying it out) & the cashier accused me of stealing it. I literally walked in with my dog in it & the tags were clearly not on. So rude. Especially since the time I bought it, I actually had to remind a different cashier at the time that i was buying the bag too cause she initially missed it. So of all people you accused the one who was actually honest to begin with. And she wasn’t very customer friendly either, had attitude for no reason.

Highly recommend taking your pup/dog to be trained by Nicole! She is so kind, caring and an exceptionally talented dog trainer. I have now taken 2 classes back to back with Nicole & am thrilled with the results. My older Shih Tzu is now well-behaved and follows basic commands!!! THANK YOU FOR ALL YOUR HELP NICOLE YOU ARE THE BEST!!!!

All was well, the people were nice, we were able to find what we needed. Only complaint is how MUCH the prices have risen already, not like they tariffs on them yet. Like it there.
