For over a year they did not file with my parent's insurance company and even after repeated emails, requests to file they have ignored the elderly. They kept saying they would escalate the request. Very important they were already paid full price for all of the prescriptions!!! and refused to give a refund when for months they were told my elderly parent had insurance!!! The customer service reps to management have given an elderly parent of 80 years old the run around and refused to reimburse!! There is something really wrong here
