0 stars the 2 cashiers on duty right now was sooo slow i was next in line just to leave my spot because the wait wasnt worth the purchase & was unbearable, as well as other truck driving customers. The Line, lined up through the ailes dang near way back to the bathrooms ridiculous workers lazy and wont never stop back here again

One of the best operated Flying J’s. Excellent staff. My experience here was outstanding. There is a young man that works with great pride. He flies around mopping floors, picking up trash outside, etc. I never saw him stand still! Excellent job. Thank you!

Waiting for my shower and I hear maintenance/cleaner scrubbing down shower spaces. Nice to have clean showers on the road.

I bought a pen from them, and they would not do returns at all even though I opened the box in front of them to show them it didn't work at all. They still refused to exchange it even though it was literal seconds after I purchased.

Was treated like a criminal for returning an expensive product that did not work. I had original receipt. Instead of returning and replacing the product properly, the manager decided to mess up and keep the original receipt so that if I had the issue again, I couldn't get my money back. I filed complaint, and they erased the review I left..so I'm leaving it again. Don't buy from here! Horrible experience.

This flying j is the worst I've ever seen. I'm an expeditor and typically frequent the pilot company all over the nation. I've been asked to move from areas of lots and do so with no issues.The management at this location however is straight from hell. They have partnered with Skyhawk towing and the duo is dragging the pilot brand through the dirt with unethical business practices and dishonesty. I was lifted to be towed by the criminal organization specializing in extortion of truckers, while occupying my vehicle and was injured in the process.I'm filing against the tow company but also expect pilot Corp to investigate and/or reimburse the drop fee extorted to line the pockets of Skyhawk and their store manager. I feel that's the least they can do to rectify the negligence of tim at Skyhawk towing causing injury on their property with their consent.This place needs a staff overhaul. Get people in place that agree with the principles used to build the pilot brand. Pilot has a reputation to uphold. If towing services are to be used pilot should pay attention to the customers. It has been stated over and over again all over these reviews that Skyhawk towing is stealing vehicles and extorting hard-working drivers out of thousands of dollars. No trucker has the time to stop working to come to court and fight. so they pay, leave a review, and move on. Most probably don't even leave a review.Thanks to Tim.... I'm going to be out of work with back pain for a few weeks. So I'm going to court.

Ok, this response is for both F/J and Denny's. At 1st, for both, I wanted to give 4 stars. Unfortunately, both had issues.F/J: Front guy at the register, super helpful. He gets a 5 star for his help with my (disabled) husband.The young guy cleaning the showers was ok. I needed to ask for more towels (room had 1 & a floor towel) for the 2 of us, which I got. I also asked for a washcloth since there were none. He said they don't have any. Then why did I have 2 used washcloths on top of the soap dispenser that he forgot to clean out? Plus, the chair in the handicap shower was in really bad shape. It rocks & scratches since it didn't have any bottom caps on the legs. But the worst is how broken the plastic seat section is. Getting tender body parts pinched between flexing plastic isn't enjoyable. I don't blame the cleaner for areas outside of his control.Denny's: While waiting for our shower we went there to eat dinner. It was about 2230 hrs, & GPS icon stated they are open 24 hrs. Not! They were closed, but some employees still in there. Were told that they would open at 2300 hrs. Husband can't stand long, so he asked if he could sit till they opened. They said yes, so that was great. He sat while I went back out to the truck to put the reservation ticket in the window. I could hear the shower announcements both in the store & outside, not so in Denny's! After about an hr of sitting in Denny's, a waitress asked if we wanted drinks. Several minutes later, another gal came over to tell us they're not opening...they had no cook. When we 1st sat down, 3 people heard her say "we open at 11." She out right denied saying that!

Now a days every pilot are behaving us so bad and the main reason is the security person. We every body knows that thousands of cargo van used to fuel and stay overnight in pilot parking but still they act like we are new. I mostly visit 80 percent of pilot stops around the nation. Every time i visit get a feedback email. I think no one cares this review from the management but if you care plz treat like as a good customer because we drive hundreds of miles and came to stay in pilot because its our first home and we stay more than our home on pilot parking because we feel safe and if someone bother you when you stay at home then you feel so bad. Plz treat us like a human because when you are in hospital bed with a sline… we bring it by driving in any condition to save you..We dnt care us. Plz dnt use security guard to move us wakeing up at mid night just inform us in a door that we dnt accept expedite drivers as in pump or in store or in whole night parking.One of the towing person shows his rudeness makes me a bad day…

Previously, you could park your van, but now they have installed a new sign prohibiting parking in the restaurant area and the tow truck immediately hits the car when you are sleeping. An empty parking lot and they kick you out. It’s not clear where their restaurant area begins and where it ends...I won't come here again.

Stopped there on my way to work..no breakfast food available at 0630 and 6 people in line and 1 cashier..will never stop there again..
