Please stay away from this bank if you are looking for a mortgage. I am military and bought a home in El Paso, TX. I was helped by a loan officer there who did not have a clue what she was doing. The day I was suppossed to close, she requested important paperwork 1 hour before hand. She also gave the wrong information to the lawyers title at closing and I eneded up having to pay the mortgage a month early. I then asked her why this happened and she told me she had been a loan officer 10 years. Talk about experience! Please if you read this do not use pioneer bank!

This bank is the worst. Their hours cater to their employees not their members. The service is gross, can never get anything done.

Great customer service I bank on the one by Geronimo on Gateway ...Irma provides such great customer service wish all other tellers would be like her she just goes out of her way to help you !!!

Horrible customer service... Change cards and atms without telling customers and cards font work when they are supposed to!!!!!!! Debit Cards dont let you use your money anywhere... ITS BEEN HORRIBLE TO HAVE THIS BANK RECEIVE MY PAYROLL MONEY AND NOT LET ME BE ABLE TO USE IT!

I would never recommend this bank to anyone. I never heard of this bank until the realtor whom helped me get my first home told me to speak to the financial institution. This bank is so unprofessional in so many aspects. Don't open an account and never apply for a loan at this bank. Like one of the reviews stated, worst bank ever! I never heard of this bank living in the city of El Paso all my life, I now regret knowing it exists. Stay Away, especially from a loan officer named Arturo!!! Go with a different financial institution if you want a mortgage loan or any money needs.

Worst bank ever. I opened it because a friend suggested it. Have you ever known you have money, but you can't get it?? Several, not one instance with Pioneer Bank on a wknd. I don't use credit. Bad day for me.

We've had a company account with Pioneer for several years, they've offered us good rates and outstanding service, plus they are a local bank. I don't have to visit this branch very often, but everyone here is extremely professional, courteous, and helpful. Pro-Tip: When coming down Gateway East do not make the first entrance to the parking lot, that is actually the exit and turning around isn't easy. This has happened to me more than once =X
