Great service! Strongly recommend Mr. Juan Alonso for he is the best Treasury Management Assistant I have ever had in any bank. I moved to a different city and I never changed banks solely because of his service. Thanks Western Heritage for hiring such great employees!

I pull up at 12:30 on Saturday (03/10), of course seeing the sign on the window that they are closed. I wanted to ask if one of the other branches stays open until one. What does the teller do? Comes to the window showing signs that she is upset that I am bothering her. She doesn't say "hello, I'm sorry, but we are closed," or ask me if there is something else she can do to help. Just looks at me with irritation and snares at me that they are closed. I've been banking with this bank for three years and this is the last straw. App always goes down. Debit cards stop working randomly at places like Walmart. Just enough to embarrass you and then they start working again and now you have to deal with rude employees like this. No thanks. I'll take my business elsewhere.

I went in to open a new account and Nathaniel was the best, most professional and friendliest banker!! I almost forgot how great it is to walk into a bank and have people help you who really love their job!! He took the time to answer ALL of my questions and NEVER made me feel as if I was bothering him like some other banks have. Great job Nathaniel! The supervisor Ms. Ericka was great as well. She too answered questions I had and was very nice lady. Kudos to you ma'am. And we can't forget the cutest free gift ever just for opening an account. Now that's what I call showing appreciation for your customers!!!

I have been with Pioneer bank since 2009 or so, and was delighted when I moved to the Westside; the branch is about .5 mile from my apartment, and I have always been a big fan of their fast and friendly service. Like the fact that if you open a new account, they can create a debit card for you right there at the location. Thanks Pioneer Bank.

I use Pioneer Bank for both Personal and Business, I love the "small town" personal attention they give! Every time I show up Gabriel and the whole staff are always very friendly and make you feel welcome. 100% recommend these guys!

The staff are very professional and treat me like a valued member. Setting up my accounts was a breeze and hassle free. Gabriel, Trini, Gil and Laura are amazing.
