I’ve been working on my case. But I’m on the bbb redoing my complaint and can’t find the location. I was treated super super poorly by the manager there. And it was nothing but discrimination. I was referred to them by the Tx lotto after winning a pretty big piece of change. I was approved online without submitting docs. There was a whole big situation. The manager used the word “impersonator” at least 6 times to me. Claimed the info I presented was wrong or false. Just to go to another branch and be told all was well. What I spent in their office for 2 hrs I got done at another location in 10 minutes. She claimed I submitted docs when I was approved for the debit card when I KNOWWWW I didn’t. She asked me all of the security questions claimed I got them wrong. Even while looking at the transactions and inside the app. The next branch looked at me strange and said that’s what we have you answered them all correctly!!?? Also there was no dang id or info on file JUST as I thought and KNEW. So when she claimed she was matching up info it wasn’t an anything there to begin with. I didn’t have my hard copy ID at the time but was given the OK the day PRIOR (only reason I drove 20 minutes across town with 3 little children) could bring it and a debit card with my name. I brought my lease, social, 4 debit cards (more than they asked) she claimed it wasn’t good and I “misunderstood”. She then switched up and said they’ll take it as a 1 time courtesy and somehow I failed ALLLL SECURity. The next branch that got me squared away in 10 minutes said it was disheartening that happen. I think I deserve an incentive for that treatment. Mind you 5000 is on the account ALREADY!!! I go back after leaving the “good branch” and I politely walk up to her and said “there was no reason you put me through that” I then flashed my card and her ONLY concern was “what branch gave that to you” I told her I would absolutely not tell her that. Her last words with a smirk was “glad you got a card”.

Terrible location!! They should be embarrassed!! Staff clueless and they don’t work too hard!! Don’t go there if you need something done!! See another location!!!

I was worried when they bought bbva but they are just as good or even better.
They always come tru for their customers.
If you’re thinking about a bank this is the one.
Been a member since before the switch.

I visited here two weeks ago to get a direct deposit form for my new employment. I waited for 30 minutes and then sat with a banker for over 45 minutes to get this one form due to ‘technical difficulties’. The banker told me that I could be getting more interest on my savings account and told me he could sign me up. We spent over 30 more minutes to get this savings account opened and due to ‘technical difficulties’ he couldnt get it to work and scheduled me an appointment to come back the following week. I come back for my appointment and wait another 45 minutes just to be told there are stipulations to this savings account that I was not comfortable with. The banker never told me about these during the 1.5 hours I sat waiting for him to finish up my visit. Now I just found out that the direct deposit form that was filled out was done incorrectly. It had a completely different routing number on it and I have to now go out of my way to now get another direct deposit form and drive back to my work to give them the correct one. Plus I will now be missing out on multiple direct deposit paychecks due to this. This place is so incredibly incompetent. I would not recommend anyone go here. Very disappointed and will be switching to a new bank.

Two times now I have gone to talk to an account representative. Both times I have ended up leaving after over an hour of waiting. It seems there is only the one guy and the rest of the people there are just doing nothing. The only saving grace are the bank tellers as they do a fast job

Absolute worst service I have ever experienced. Four people at the windows, talking, joking, etc, with one window open and the slowest moving teller possible, and eight customers in line.I'm changing banks!

They don't open on Saturdays, they don't contact you with customer service, you spend 4 hours online and they don't help you, they cancel your card every so often, it is very difficult to access that bank. I do not recommend it

In hopes that my review will help make changes to how customers are treated at this location and major changes to the service this bank provides and how they operate.Everytime I go in to this branch I feel like I'm not welcomed and intruding on their space and time.The owners really need to do a thorough employee evaluation for PNC, especially at this particular location!This is the closest branch to my house but I will drive 30 mins out of my way to avoid having to go to this location.Numerous times I've deposited a check they either won't or do not have a clue on how to process a check faster.I've been with this bank for 5 years and will keep my money somewhere else now.I know for a fact that funds from a check can be verified, approved and made available fast if a manager would take the time to verify the funds. They have done so for me before.For whatever reason this ranch location does not care about customers at all. Not everyone at this branch is unhelpful they just are only limited to what the manager will allow.Manager told me I have not had my account long enough for her to approve my check faster. I've had the account for 5 yrs.I've had the manager tell me to remove my hat and glasses in order to withdraw my money. The manager and younger gal at this branch are extremely rude and have an ego and power trip. they would not let me withdraw even a dollar from my account because my check was still pending. They told me my funds were still good for card purchases and that I could go pull money from the atm but not with a teller and withdraw slip. This makes absolutely no sense. I would suggest anyone that banks here and looking to open new accounts to avoid this bank if possible.They are long overdue for an employee evaluation. I hope corporate reads the reviews and remedies the issues with this branch and location. They are guaranteed to loose a lot if not all their customers.Seems like everyone working here is instructed to tell people to go to another branch if they want help.Rude, unhelpful, poor attitudes and horrible service. Manager needs better training. I had my girl friend open and account and since then, she has experience horrible service here as well. We will be switching banks immidiately. Put your money somewhere else people. Read the reviews for this place, they are absolutely correct!Some employees here are in the wrong profession. Rude, never smile, looks like they don't want to be there and never introduce themselves. Worst bank experiences I ever had. I will be writing a letter to corporate notifying them about this location. I would immediately fire a few people from this branch!Put your money somewhere else and save yourself the hassle, frustrations and disappointments.

Worst customer service ever. Bank manager Armida Vargas is has no customer service skills , problem solving skills , resolution skills dismisses anything the customer has to say and basically tells you deal with it or tuff luck and walks away. Long ridiculous wait times and under staffed. No wonder they closing out these banks. They are a joke! No professionalism.
