Moved from Indiana to New Mexico and really appreciated the support and flexibility Pods provided. They helped us estimate how many we would need and were flexible at the last minute when we realized we needed one more 8-foot Pod. They were flexible on delivery since our closing date kept getting delayed. They provided great recommendations for movers on both ends to load and unload the Pods. Everything arrived on time with minimal damage. Moises was very professional on the NM end. We were very pleased with how helpful they were throughout the process both in person and on the phone. We highly recommend them!!!

Moving is stressful. We had a positive experience with PODs. Not everything was perfect, but they did a great job of communicating and Michael H. both delivered a full POD and picked it up when it was unloaded 2 days later. He was a delight to work with. We recommend POD.

While there were some transportation issues with our POD between CA and NM, we were given a call and the POD was specially delivered on a date this area normally doesn't give delivery. On this delivery the driver, Michael was especially accommodating and waited until an empty POD was picked up by another driver. He was super!

I used PODS to move two large PODs from CO to NM. The process was efficient and organized. The PODs drivers who did the deliveries and pick-ups were very professional. Cory Castle in particular out of the El Paso office, who delivered/picked up my PODs and placed them in my driveway, was very personable and professional. Easy to work with getting my PODs in just the right spot in front of my garage. Amazing how quickly and accurately he can load/unload a POD.
Cory delivered another POD to my home in Las Cruces. Terrific service again. Thanks, Cory...thanks, PODS!
The last of PODs was picked up a few days ago. Good job, Michael H.!

We moved across the country with Pods a few weeks ago. We were charged a slew of fees, including a sizeable fee to insure the contents of our container. Everything was stored and strapped down as tightly as I could get it, yet the container could not even be forced open upon delivery. The driver literally had to turn the container vertically, just to get the door open as he said, “some of the drivers don’t always realize how much damage they can do by driving carelessly.” Despite our insurance coverage and claim with clear photos, they refused to do anything about it. Everyone that I talked to at Pods was very nice, but that doesn’t fix my damaged goods.

Moving out of California, we selected PODS to store our personal items and then move them to our new location. The pricing was fair and their service was absolutely awesome! The cost of the unit, the condition of the unit placement pick up of the unit and billing or all laid out very simply with the cost being there, heaviest consideration, which was easily competitive with any other container company. I contacted great service.
