Just bought a 2013 911 C4S from Porsche El Paso. Very personable dealership, from Jeffery the GM, Moise, my sales guy, Sergio, the service manager. Even the service tech gave me the time of the day. They worked with me on price and getting the car up to speed in service. At the end of the day, the car me sold me is a good car, already have driven it 1000 miles and its rock solid. Thanks Team!

Porsche has worked hard to maintain good service lines and customer service throughout COVID. I recently had 2 recalls completed on my 2017 Macan. It took almost two years for Porsche to provide the parts but the dealership did an excellent job in completing all of the requirements. Thank you for a job well done.

Juan Carlos and Jose were great! Very helpful with our decision on a 22' Macan, Porsche El Paso looks out for your best interest and needs and recommends outside the department to save time and money with customizations such as Wheels, Paint Protection, and Tinting. Hope to do business again in the near future!

Continues to be one of the better buying experiences you can get in El Paso. Although not as convenient and stress free as an online purchase, the team at Porsche El Paso does a great job of being up front with the car buying experience, and will try and work with you to make the deal happen. Considering this is definitely a sellers market, their used cars are still priced competitively compared to the major online sellers, which is nice considering they're the only Porsche dealer for a few hundred miles. Recently took my wife in to check out a Cayenne E-Hybrid CPO, and once again Rudy Saenz took great care of us, thoroughly explaining the ins and outs of the vehicle, including immediately pointing out the defects on the vehicle, so there were no surprises later. My wife hates car shopping in person, and said it was easily the best experience she's ever had with a dealer.When we decided to buy the car, Jose Luis in Finance is such a friendly guy and you never feel pressured to buy any of the extras, but he explains all their products in detail in a straight forward manner.In terms of their service department, I've only had my Boxster serviced once since purchase, but my appointment was on time, and the car was ready even before the quoted pick up time. Sergio Perez in the service department had excellent communication and they did a follow up call just to make sure everything went well. Overall, continues to be a great experience. If I have any advice, it would be to call ahead if thinking about looking at a vehicle. They seem to get busy easily, and this isn't the type of dealership where 10 guys are all standing around to pounce.
