You google UPS, you saw UPS at the big entrance sign on google maps, just to go there and thru a little letter size sheet that you have to be in front of to see that they don’t handle UPS, waste of time

I've always liked this place. Until yesterday when I went to send out a package and the lady was rude and not helpful. She totally was lacking customer service. Though she was very attentive to the FedEx? guys .

Postal world was awesome. The owner was extremely helpful. Walking us through the process and helping us bring back our U-Haul that we had rented from Salt Lake City Utah and drove to Elpaso Texas. He took right over and was able to help us get it checked in. He was very nice was very funny. Had a great conversation. This guy is the real deal. One of the nicest people we met while we were there. I recommend if you’re driving a U-Haul. This is a great drop off Spot the store does sit back in and Google maps does not tell you that it’s postal world that you’re dropping it off at that was a little confusing but nothing to do with him just U-Haul not explaining that we were dropping it off at postal world. I give this guy five stars he was very helpful and kind. Thank you so much.

Horrible customer service , no wonder it was empty ! The guy was dressed sloppy and did not let me explain what I wanted, then as I walked up to show him he said to stop because he has 'tic' about people passing an invisible line that seperates the front from the so called office >my Weird- O- Meter went to 100, and my made a quick run for the door ! Do not recommend?

Great experience all three times I have used this location in the past few months. I shipped and processed returns with no issues. Gentleman that assisted me provided clear instructions on shipping and costs. As well as tracking receipts on when items would arrive at their destination. Will continue to drive to this location for future postal services.

Bad costumer service. They scam you putting a different location if you’re trying to return something. And now you have 2 different tracking numbers the one that the place you’re returning from gives you, and the one this place gives you. Don’t use this store.

I came here simply to print some documents, but I guess phone calls are more important than the only customer in the store. He was on the phone for about 5 minutes then finally attended to me, only to get another phone call in the middle of it and just stopped attending to me at all. I didn't stay to know how long this phone call would take. Zero customer service. Oh by the way they charge $1.00 PER BLACK AND WHITE PAGE.

VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE. Package was not delivered on time because of business owner's "PERSONAL ISSUES."So, I paid for a package on Friday to be delivered FedEx ground by Sunday. By Sunday night, the package had not been delivered as expected so I started to track the package. On Monday, I called Postal World and spoke to the owner and told him that the tracking # only showed that the label was created and that FedEx did not show the package as being received. He told me to call FedEx directly because he had no further information. So, I call FedEx to submit and inquiry about the location of the package only for them to tell me that they had not received the package AT ALL. I called Postal World, talked to the owner again asking him where had he delivered the package. He told me he had delivered it to a FedEx drop of location on Montana & Airway. I called this location and they had not received the package either. I called Postal World for the THIRD TIME only to find out that the owner had LIED to me all this time and that HE HAD THE PACKAGE ALL ALONG. He gave me the excuse that he was having "personal issues and had gotten confused." When I told him I was unhappy with the situation and that I had paid for a Sunday delivery, he was RUDE AND UNPROFFESIONAL . HE MADE NO EFFORTS TO MAKE THINGS RIGHT AND HE HANGED UP ON ME! I ended up picking up my package. DON'T TRUST that your packages will make it on time with Postal World LLC. First and last time I ever use them!

I call before heading there to see if they could help me but no one answer. I arrived at 430pm just to find the place close. The following day i went just to see that the guy was on the phone. Took to long to help ne out.

Worst service ever. Went today 08/16/2022. Walked In lady right away asked if I had a mask. I said let me see. I'm scribbling thru my purse (personal reasons I can't wear one) I find one she rudely says I refuse service and proceeds to say how her son and her whole family has COVID but the whole establishment won't be cleaned until Saturday. And it was for my safety. Will never return again to do service there

LAZY!! Went to return items and I did have preprinted labels for return but I was going to be deducted from my return which was pricey!! I asked the clerk if he could help me by letting me know how much would it be if I paid for return myself, his response “I don’t know” (shrug), I asked couldn’t you weight (not “whey”) …….to whom he kept referring to in a telephone conversation he was having prior to my request…….his answer “that means I would have to do my job and type in information for your answer” WOW!!!!“Ok sir, I’ll just take my business to someone who can help me and provide customer service” He says as I’m leaving “It’s already paid!!”That’s not what I asked you “whey” is definitely what I wanted to respond !!!

Apparently to the guy working there the phone call to get free insurance is more important than to attend to his customers. If I could I would give them zero stars! Worst service ever!
