I use postal annex on Eastlake, great service but was in area and the staff, on Montwood, was not helping me like the staff on Eastlake. I had to go to Walmart FedEx and to UPS store for my returns!!

I would give this place a 0 Star if it were available. I had to ship a package, I had the shipping label in digital format. They charge $3.24 to print the label. What a joke, I will never use this place again.

Seriousness and professionalism. When making a shipment. It is important that not only the staff in charge pay attention to the details of the correspondence or packages. Having to send the IRS a considerable amount of documents when it's your turn to audit can be frustrating. Come with patience and documentation in order. Soul kindly. I recommend the best option for this shipment. IF THINGS WORTH WORTH WERE DONE EASILY. ANYONE WOULD DO THEM. THANK YOU . ?

First they charge 3.24 to print one paper, and when I sent the package through them they got it mixed up with someone else package and the wrong one was delivered. Very inconvenient I should’ve taped the shipping label on myself but they try to charge you for some slip and I said no can you just tape in on there with clear tape. I haven’t gone back since and will not be returning
