I believe her name was Marianna, she had short hair. She called me to tell me I had a package that was there over a week and wanted to give me the chance to pick it up before it was returned to sender. She was very friendly and fast!

I’ve been coming here for 5 years, purely out of convenience because it was the closest carrier for so long. Not once have I ever had a pleasant experience. Customer service is HORRIBLE, they are SLOW. If the butch lady with short hair is working, you need to just leave right away if you want to continue having a good day lol all of the reviews regarding her are accurate, it’s not just a bad day - she’s been rude to customers as long as she’s worked here. If you need tape, go to dollar store at the end of the plaza because they WILL charge you almost $5 regardless of amount needed. Thank God they aren’t the only service on the far east side anymore!

Very funny story.. went here The older lady with short hair was very rude and negative. I was surprised and told the story to my hubby and he asked me if it was the one closest to the house because he doesn't go to that one anymore because of the very rude lady there! Happened to be the same lady.
We're thinking either she is autistic, going through a hell or the owners are crazy and stressing the heck out of them.. not sure but too bad for the neighborhood and for the business because of her lack of customer service.

Package was lost and tracking shows it was not even picked up, and they just blame the drivers, careful when using this drop box, they will loose your package (im not the first one)

There is a disgusting fragrance in the air, The time I was in that place I had to use my shirt to breath through it to mitigate the smell. I left the place feeling sick. It was not a person's fragrance it's one of those that still today some business insist on using for the "ambiance" ignoring how bad they are for your health. Some people get headaches from those artificial fragrances and don't know that's the cause.
