I shipped a box priority mail which was supposed to arrive in 3 days. But it didn't even leave the office for four days. So if you have to send a package make sure you give them plenty of time to do their job correctly and get it out in a timely manner. I know I'll never trust this place with my packages again.

Horrible service. The rude, aggressive, hostile employee’s name is Angel. I asked her a question and literally did not give me the opportunity to explain my question without untrusting me and this was in front of not only my husband but in front of my daughter as well. Very unprofessional. I will never get any other document notarized by her ever again.

Both ladies that were working here on Saturday 4 October at 1:50pm were absolutely wonderful. Ms Perez was very helpful in finding the best way to ship my package so it would get there quickly but within a reasonable cost. Overall the service was outstanding and I highly recommend this location for your shipping needs!

Went to fax some pages I believe there was like 12 or 13 pages. My bill came over $18 a freaking rip off.

I wrote this review 11 years ago, and it has had a couple of different owners since my original review however, my review will still be the same. Five Stars!
Love this place, I have never had any problem ever. Whether it's a fax, a box that needs to be sealed or something that I am sending and I need a box, they get the job done. Fast, friendly service and they do it with a smile. Keep up the great work!!!! I always recommend this place to everyone that is looking to send out a package.

I usually don't leave reviews, but I was very appreciative of the young lady that helped me this morning with my package from DHlL. The issue I was having wasn't her fault and it was DHL for not helping them out when they have had other customers come in with the same issue. She was professional, friendly and most importantly calm when addressing the issue. I'll be using this place again for packages due to the great customer service I recieved.

Very clean efficient business. But recently i had to ship a large box. Postal annex wanted to charge me 45 dollars..... i went to post office off of hercules and my bill was 28 dollars. I wont be shipping from here anymore unfortunately.

They Don't offer a complete service.. for that you have to go to a real FedEx place..
Don't waste your time going to annex.
