Was Very happy w their services. The gentleman came out to the car for my husband to sign to get something notarized so he wouldn’t have to go in. That was so thoughtful and appreciated. Highly recommend this place-they’re awesome.

Disappointing experience with this postal service P.O. Box. Inflexible pick-up policies and chaotic organization made it a hassle. Beware of Paul, an unhelpful staff member who restricts access to packages. Would not recommend.Go up the street to Pack and Ship El Paso. The staff there will remember your name every time you walk in the door - always super helpful.

Pete is the Grand Ambassador of all Postal Annexes in El Paso. The office was established 31 years ago, way before the Postal Gold Rush. The service at this Postal Annex is really first class! You have the real feeling of a family home welcome and sense of community. They offer international shipping with DHL and Fedex as well as your traditional 3 days delivery in the US with UPS with a great smile. Pete is a legend in El Paso and a member of the EP Sheriffs Posse. The value they offer is always great, as their knowledge and dedication to customers is second to none.

It really doesn't make any sense because that's what our business is all about. Packing and shipping. If you could identify the employee that turned you away, we would be happy to correct them. We are located at Mesa and Crossroads, close to Doniphan and across from Sam's. Perhaps it was another location in town. Hoping you will give us another try as we are here for you!

We were refused service there, They said we had too many orders. Every other postal annex didn't have a problem with it. Just pure laziness on their part.

My mother called and spoke to Ashley. She is home bound and needed a visiting notary. The notary, Rudy, that was dispatched, couldn't find our home, despite clear direction, due to him interrupting my mom. Fedex and UPS have no problem delivering our items and neither does Pizza Hut. He quickly gave up, despite her needs as a senior with limited disability and refused to take my call or call back, when I called to reschedule. If you are house bound, for any reason, I do not recommend calling this company.
