The employees can never find the packages we get delivered here but always charge us for the packages they find in different occasions. Very unorganized, they don't know what they're doing! It's been a nightmare using their services! The amazon hub is always full have to go back several times to fish for the packages and get charged each time! They always make up excuses like the packages were sent back or they went to the other location etc! All lies to cover their unorganized system! do not recommend will not be using their services anymore

They charge extra to print an already prepaid USPS returns label. Go to a USPS instead of this place for holiday returns.

Overall, the service was fast and efficient. However, the customer service experience could be improved — the staff should work on being more approachable and friendly. A simple smile and a warmer attitude can make a big difference

I frequently go to this Postal Annex off Eastlake by Amazon building, they take care of what I need in a timely manner and the staff is courteous, professional and have great customer service.

Absolutely terrible experience. I dropped off my packages here on Wednesday with 2-day shipping, and they didn’t arrive until the following Tuesday. Because of their delay, I had to refund my customers’ orders and take the loss myself. Completely unacceptable. I will never trust this Access Point again—clearly they don’t care about people’s business or time. From now on I’ll drive straight to the actual UPS Store, because they’ve never failed me like this place did!

Make sure you ask for all less costly options before you purchase any service cause those young ladies are going to charge the most for the boss to make the biggest profit..ask to see the screen to verify and compare prices..good luck

I live in Horizon and I want to start with this: I never go to the one over there because the girl that works there is beyond rude so I started going to this one on Eastlake.
That being said, it is better however, I’ve noticed that after dropping off my last 4-5 packages, the red haired lady has been kinda rude too. I understand if you have a bad day, we all do. But this is a CONSTANT thing. I have to say “hello” first and “goodbye” and never smiles either.
They’ve done a good job with the packages and all. I just wish I could find a Postal Annex with workers that are happy lol

always an awesome experience going! i never have any issues with service and the young lady bianca is very helpful and nice. would recommend and will be returning!
