I brought my iPhone 14 Pro in for a screen repair. The staff asked me to unlock my phone and hand it over, which made me uncomfortable. My phone was returned to me factory reset, without explanation. The service felt rushed, unprofessional, and left me uneasy about the safety of my personal data. I would not recommend this shop.

Cheap, fast and honest, they call you when your device is ready and give you honest opinion on what was wrong. I'll definitely go back and I 100% recommend them. Very happy with the service.

SCAMERS! I took back my Device they replaced the screen on... The screen started to peel off... I Re-cracked my screen trying to fix it myself... I go back to the Sunland Park Mall location ( kiosk) And he wants to charge me $230 when the first time it was $122... He knew I needed it so after telling them he did a crappy job they didn't put enough glue he does it for $150? After he's done he tells me I put a lot of glue on it this time I asked him maybe use a heat gun he said no I just don't like to use the gun,different technicians have different techniques is what he said I told him I'd feel better if you use something that's not going to make it peel off again he said I guess I can use a heating pad ... Then he told me I made a mistake the first time charging you $122... It's usually a lot more... The phone rings and he literally coached someone on replacing their screen for 110... They do crappy jobs so you can come back and then charge you double for their mistake ...be careful people...

Came in because my Pixel had something stuck in the charging port soon as i walked in I was greeted and helped turns out i had some debris stuck in there which had already been removed by the tech best part is the gentlemen that helped me didn't even charge me for the service what a great guy Definitely recommended 10/10

This place sucks! I took my phone for repair, supposedly parts were ordered from overseas, I was notified that they were in, nope! It was for somebody else's. In the end, they never fixed my phone, run arounds and bad service n waste of time.

My mother-in-laws phone had so many viruses that it did not work. Within an hour they had cleaned up the phone and saved all her contacts. Highly recommend.

I recently had phone repaired at CPR Cell Phone Repair El Paso - West and I couldn't be happier with the service! The staff were incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, explaining the issue clearly and providing a quick and affordable solution. I highly recommend this location to anyone needing their phone or other device repaired. They're the best!

False Advertisement and Terrible Service!! These guys don’t know what they’re doing and the prices are unreasonable. They probably just know how to change a couple of phone screens here and there but when it comes down to fixing a software issue they’re no better than a guy on a youtube video. I would not recommend to anyone

A great place and fast service. I tried to get my phone repaired through T-mobile and they were no help and CPR was more helpful. Great customer service and my phone was repaired in about an hour.

This is the second time I’ve needed their service. I have been to two locations and both are exceptional service. If you googled looking for computer repair, I recommend CPR, they communicate with you all through their process.
