I ordered my sign and since install was out of town, we run up into some miscommunication that we ended up working out. Danny is a professional and delivered. The sign looks amazing and the instal was done right. It is bolted and cemented. I uploaded pictures. I recommend.

My realtor (and by extension me), ordered an L-post for my home, which went on the market on Thursday, Aug 29, 2024. I wanted the sign up in time for Labor Day weekend: Monday Sept 2nd. A total of 5 days. On Friday the 30th, no post. In Saturday, our first open house, still no sign. Realtor calls and the owner says he wont be able to get the sign up until Tuesday cause MONDAY IS LABOR DAYš¤£. I built my own sign. Im a 64 yro woman and an L Post is not hard. I dug a hole and have a sign up bam!
So here it is Tuesday, and I call my realtor and he says Let me call. Iāll keep you on the line. So Im on the line talking to Danny, and he starts giving me an excuse about a gas line. I dont want to hear excuses. Will you be here by Close of Business today? Because itās been 6 days and I need a sign. Danny responds āDid you order it? I only deal with the person that ordered from us!ā Well, itās my property so yes, I ordered it. āAs a matter of fact, Im gonna start a sign business cause it aint that hard.ā āAre you threatening me?ā āIf you consider business competition a threat?ā He tells my realtor heāll only talk ti him.
About 20 mins later, realtor calls back and says theyre going to install the post today but you cant be antagonizing the crew that shows up. Basically, āque no salga a buscarles pleito.ā Its my property (until it sells), and its still America and Ill be damned if anyone tells me to stay inside.
So I cancelled the post. Painting the one I made and I guarantee itās gonna be a bigger blessing. Dont do business with these people. Theyāre resentful and will bully you by playing the victim. Like you treat them bad for expecting the bare minimum in customer service.

Donāt do business here! Paid them 95$ to install banner that messed up had to redo it and they couldnāt install it and refused to give me a refund till I said Iāll blast them on social media horrible place to do business be careful donāt say I didnāt warn you Iād give them zero stars if I could

Great place to get all of our business needs. It's a family owned business and all of them are great to us. Great customer service. We get business cards, invoices, apparel, business signs and more there and have never had issues.

Had business cards made for our mobile detailing business and the first set was over 2 weeks before we saw our order. We had to reach out to the owners about the order and press them at the beginning of the second week about the status since there was a no communication from the start of the first email of our desired outlook. The second time we arrived, the front desk clerk, can't recall his name; had ignored our order and did not write out our desired outlook for the second set. I emailed one of the owners how the new card was to be updated and received no word, so I called the store and they had no recollection of my order because there was no invoice recorded. So they assumed the cards would be in a smaller format and now we are stuck with cards that have very small font for the customers to read. The cards needed to be the size of a postcard. And they were not tracking the signs we ordered as well from the time we spoke to their clerk. Please find another printing and sign shop in El Paso until they fix things.

I was supposed to be picking up some shirts today, when I showed up they were closed even though they were supposed to be open. They should have notified me. Why tell a customer that their items will be ready on a certain day that you werenāt going to be open. That is just rude.

Very badly organized place , it took this people over two months to print 25 shirts when it was supposed to be 30, they were supposed to have names , they took a list of the names and shirt sizes but didn't get what I ordered, Very disappointed
