We had the worst experience dealing with this company. The towels smelled, were rough. We asked for different options and never received an answer. Our mats were supposed to be cleaned and delivered every week, it only happened once a month.
Several times we asked about removing the services and continued to get the run around. Their administration staff gave out our business information to team members not authorized to have our business information. When i reached out to several management representatives, came to a dead end with every one. They harp on the fact that their family owned but do not treat their customers the same way. The unprofessionalism that came from this company is really disappointing. Services are misleading and the quality is lacking

Have been with Prudential for a little over a year and so far it's been a good experience. If I have a question or issue, it gets resolved in a timely manner. Jaime was our driver at first and he was great. Now Erick is the new driver and he has also been very communicative in asking if everything is good.

If I could give these guys negative stars I would very unprofessional. Liars all across the board terrible product towels weren’t clean properly. Management rude when discussing what happened and all my customers and employees agree. I have a total of 23 employees that were disappointed with their proper sanitation of their towels alone. Which supposedly were clean weekly.

Have been with Prudential Overall Supply for nearly 10 years and have no complaint's they provide excellent service no matter who is my delivery driver (currently its Erick), products are of a good quality. They are always good about dropping supplies off within 24 hrs if its something i need extra of or extremely low on and they may not have on hand and its very much appreciated.
