Very bad experience, the woman who was drawing blood behaved in the worst way. Very bloody and arrogant. She attended to me as long as she wanted and very reluctantly. I didn't like the treatment and the way it was expressed. We will never return to that place

Terrible place, terrible service from the workers of this place. They have no empathy at all. They don't help older people register, you ask them for help registering. And Miss Aracely told you that she proudly shows her badge to identify herself, I suppose because they don't care in the least about the treatment they give to older adults to which she responds that they pay her to draw blood not to help people.
They don't have anyone at the reception, they go out and get upset when people ask them something and they respond in a bad way and very rude.
They do it because they know that the majority are elderly and can't do anything.
Today all the people were upset about the treatment and the waiting time, which they did on purpose because it bothers them to be asked.
But as always, one more complaint, they will continue with their terrible attitude.
I've been to other Quests and none have been as unpleasant as this place.
I hope they increase Aracely's salary to see if that's how she learns to draw blood since she told me that she was paid to draw blood, not to help people, she couldn't even do that well since another person had to come do it.
The good thing is that they pay you to draw blood.

Arrived and signed in. Nobody came out from the back. We waited and waited and decided to leave. The office is empty and nobody comes to the front.

The location was very clean and in good condition. Check-in is very convenient with the app and was seen within 5 minutes of scheduled time. Recommend Quest for your testing needs.

Make an appointment online and you will get in within a couple of minutes of your time rather than waiting in the lobby. Check in online also is fast and convenient.

Love this place. they have always provided me with great professional service. An appointment is not needed but I strongly recommend it, it's faster and a lot easier to check in with your phone. From my experience over the years, the best time to come in is early in the morning.

In gral, I like Quest. The only thing to have in mind is that you should make an appointment. Walk-in is still doable, but the waiting time could be long as the appointments have preference. Another nice perk of the appointments is that the check-in is touchless if you're using your phone. All the times that I have been here, the staff is really kind and careful. And the installation is clean. And then your results are available through myquest as soon as they're ready.
