Live El Paso TX, Lab Draw at Dr 's Office " Quest Satalite Facility". English poor, had to get translator. After getting information translaed she did fine. Attempted to call about Negative experience Estimated hold time 10-20 min.

I go to Quest because it's centrally located,and I usually go in the morning to get my blood work and head home after to get ready for work.I normally always do a walk in,and even if it's busy iam never there more than 45 minutes, not long for a walk in.So this last visit I decided to make an appointment and was quite impressed. I was there 15 minutes early and they called me right a way...no waiting. I think I will be making appointments from now on.Btw....the staff was excellent, professional a and courteous...That's my place for blood work!

I am very happy with the efficiency that the staff works with the resources supplied to them. The app allows you to schedule appointments and check in as you arrive. I can't express how satisfied I am with your service.

As is usual, the whole experience is excellent. Easy to schedule appointments, usually within a day. Check in is via a text message upon arrival. The technicians are courteous and prompt. They make the blood draw literally painless. Quest undeniably has an efficient system.

I had never been at this 1810 Murchison location and my appt was at 6:10am. I was called like 5 minutes earlier and the customer service was superb and easy for me in and out. The staff, the office everyone and everything was excellent. The most important part is that I was able to get an appointment so early. Thank you!

All the years that I have gone to Quest Lab located on Muchiison, in El Paso,Texas, I am serviced fast with an appointment. The staff has always treated me with courtesy and professionalism . It is easy checking in for your appointment with the Kiosk.
Highly recommend.

The girl that is checking in people is extremely rude I wonder how she actually acts when she's is actually completing the service on patients. Don't recommend this quest go to another one.

On Saturday, October 26, 2024 your office didn't open on time. Causing everyone to have to wait, although your staff did everything they could to get us in and out as quickly as possible, it is very irresponsible of the gentleman to not be there and open on time. Maybe you should consider having a different person with a key or assign one of your regular employees that work there during the week to be there on Saturday mornings, instead of the gentleman who works at a bar and can't open on time.
