I’ve always had a good experience here but I came today 10 minutes before their posted closing time to find that the doors were already locked. Extremely frustrating.

Redd Rd.'s Quest lab is an excellent lab for blood draws, drug tests, kits and similar studies. The highly experienced and knowledgeable phlebotomist Perla is the technician of the year! She problem solved a tragic mistake by a rookie tech involving my now deceased mother. Perla is a humble, kind and professional. Pay her well. 🌹🥰🥳

Waiting area looked busy. Lots of people.waiting. But with an appointment, no wait. In and out I signed in and was called in with no wait, people were still waiting for the next availability. It's a must to spread the word to make an appointment. Some people are fasting and must wait for hours, not cool.

I didn't make an appointment because the blood work was ordered from an E.R. visit. I thought I was going to have to wait a long time, but I didn't have to wait long. The staff were super nice. I am super scared of needles, but the girl helping me was so nice. She made me feel comfortable and safe. It was a great experience.

There are not many people who serve you even if you don't have an appointment and you can also make an appointment.

I am very disappointed at the fact that one cannot speak to an actual person, I don't like their automated services. People have questions and concerns and it's very frustrating not being able to get a hold of someone. Not everyone wants to deal with automated services, I personally want to be assisted by an actual person. Also, the wait is ridiculous and their system is always crashing.
