Rude phlebotomist. Instead of guiding me through the process of needing to purchase a test, which I have never had to do before, he told me I needed to use My Quest. I then told him I had used my quest and that there was nothing requesting me to purchase a test and I asked if I could do it there. He then proceeds to tell me I can't do it there and need to go outside in the lobby to do what I need to do. Never have a had a problem with Quest employees but today this one particular guy was rude and very unprofessional.

Went in for an insurance medical exam. The parking lot was packed. Easy check-in on tablets in the lobby. The wait time was short. The technician was pleasant but seemed distracted, like she needed to rush through clients. I went to the restroom to get a urine sample after getting my blood drawn and returned with my cup of urine to find another client sitting in the room. The man in the seat just looked at me like he was surprised to see me walk in; as was I to see him. It was awkward. She then told me to just leave my sample on a shelf. It was a quick appointment but uncomfortable and rushed.

Computer automation is a wonderful tool, howerver, since your clientel are people who don't feel good, the elderly, and perhaps individuals who find technology challenging, at the very least it would be helpful to have real person to greet them and if necessary help with any issues the might arise. Being greeted by two screens lacks a certain "humaness" that is cold and lacking empathy.

Horrorible place..dam place u call to get info and all u get is a answering service if u need info about a test a person needs..I do not recommend u can not get a live person to answer these companies with this type of service is Horrorible

Arrived on time - had signed in via phone link - waited a whole hour and half because they had my last name and DOB wrong too crowed go to smaller business for blood work , clearly they don’t care your just a number . The workers don’t display happiness only the young lady in the front helping people sign in

Easy to make an appointment. Virtually no wait if you arrive just a few minutes before appointment.
I REALLY appreciated the skipping of insurance info when it hasn't changed. Speeds up check-in a LOT.
Waiting room still doesn't look 100% spotless, which is important when COVID is still breaking out at this time.

This location on Vista Del Sol is amazing.
For the first time I took my Mom there and soon my Dad too. My Daughter and I are continuous patients there.
This morning we got Karina as a phlebotomist and she is wonderful, kind, she listened to my concerns regarding my Mom and she is very supportive too.
She’s quick and attentive too. She takes pride in her job and is excellent at it.
I would highly recommend anyone to this facility. I have passed it on to others friends and family members too.
We will definitely continuing coming here for any future labs and they took us before our set appointment.
Every single individual that works here should be recognized for their individual accomplishments and abilities to get everyone out on time.
I will definitely be asking for Karina !

Registration was so easy. When the young man couldn't draw my blood he immediately went to get help. Others at different places will continue to poke and fish for my veins. They were so good. Super nice and friendly

I'd like to mention that I'm happy to see the students working at the clinic. I was happy that Fernando introduced himself and asked if he could draw my blood. I'm sure some people refuse due to fear, but I was happy to say yes. These students need to gain experience and I'm glad Quest is helping them succeed

I liked that there was a student from community college there to learn. He tried drawing my blood but was unsuccessful but that is ok. We all need the opportunity to learn.
