Maria was my cashier this afternoon and she is extremely rude. She has zero customer service. After taking the receipt from my husbands hand because we needed a credit back she still gives us attitude when I asked her why she’s acting like that. I fee sorry for the people that works with her

No one came to check if we were good. The lady seemed annoyed when I asked for assistance at the register. She just did not seem like she was having a good day. Bad customer service!

This thing about BOGO 50% is a bit "scammy." Every single pair of shoes we would grab, the other pair would not qualify for the promotion! Every time we would ask an associate, she would tell us that the other pair would not qualify. Left with only one pair because my daughter really liked the pair she had (Vans). When my wife tried to use a 15%coupon they had sent to us, the associate said she could not use it with the pair of Vans. Pretty disappointing!

3 star experience today. Walked in & wasn't greeted. I assume it's a new thing everywhere not just here. Store is fairly new. At least 6 months-ish. A bit smaller than your average Rack Room Store. Got to play a game called guess what the price is on shoes. No price on display or shoes. Usually it outside, on the bottom or inside of shoe. But nope not a price. Employees I guess hiding to avoid customers asking for prices or assistance. No price tags means to mean laziness.
