I really enjoyed the service, professionalism, I recieved from Mr. Joe Torres. I spent the last 7 years here at Regency Self Storage, and he created a well suitable atmosphere. Always was there to answer all my questions in a professional way. He even called me one night to let me know my vehicle's lights were on. He didn't have to.

Eli is a very nice man, But Joe has an attitude don’t like dealing with him he needs to be more nicer to his customers or he’s gonna lose customers, don’t bring your problems to your work and your attitude

Called to see if they were open and to get pricing. The man that answered rudely cut me off & said we don't open til 11 ma'am and hung up. How in the hell am I supposed to know when you are open when your freaking hours are not made available?? ? My bad sir. I left my mind readers at home.
