NEVER TRUST THIS LOCATION IF YOU VALUE YOUR ASSETS. THE FRONT DESK GUY WHO CLAIMS TO BE THE MANAGER HAD MY CATALYTIC CONVERTERS STOLEN OFF OF MY CAR THAT I WAS PAYING EVERY MONTH ON TIME TO STORE AT THIS FACILITY. I KNEW IT WAS AN INSIDE JOB BECAUSE WHEN I WENT INTO THE OFFICE TO ASK IF THE THEFT WAS RECORDED BY THE 3 CAMERAS THAT WERE POINTED TOWARDS THE DIRECTION OF WHERE MY CAR WAS STORED THE FRONT DESK EMPLOYEE TOLD ME THAT THE CAMERAS WERE COINCIDENTALLY NOT WORKING AT THE DAY AND TIME OF MY CATALYTIC CONVERTERS BEING STOLEN OFF OF MY CAR. I HIGHLY ADVISE ANYONE WHO IS LUCKY TO HAVE LANDED ON MY REVIEW TO NOT INTRUST THIS DISHONEST LOCATION WITH YOUR PROPERTY. I HOPE MY LOSS SAVES OTHERS FROM TAKING A LOSS. BEWARE OF THE CON ARTIST AT THIS LOCATION HIS NAME ALSO STARTS WITH CON.

Awesome service. Excellent clean and well maintained facility and units. Manager makes all the difference.My previous storage facility came under new management and just went south on service and cleanliness. I hunted around found My Garage on Remcon. Conrad made it super easy to make a smooth transition. He did what he said he would do and always followed up to ensure everything ended as expected.For my part, I pay on-time. Everytime. No matter what.

Rented space on Saturday so I could move stuff Sunday. Code to get in didn't work. No emergency number or ability to move. Waist of money. Came back Monday because I had to pay extra to get help Monday. Office still doesn't open on time and code still doesn't work. Extremely disappointed.
