For the past 3 years I have brought 2 of my cars for service - repair , extensive maintenance work and routine to **** Built. Each time **** Built has done excellent work .They practice top notch ****************** giving one on one advice and direction on what needs to be done .I highly appreciate their open line of communication letting me know exactly what they found , the sources, the issue(s) and the next step(s) that need to be taken, the options if any and what the projected price would be for parts and labor. Bottom line -**** Built is a Quality Automotive shop - staff to have your cars and or truck to be worked on.

We were looking for someone to fix the issues we had with my vehicle. We took my truck to several shops and they somehow messed something up.Called Rigo to see if he can check out what the issue was and right away he did a diagnostic on it and said he could fix my truck in a few days. When the truck was ready, they gave us a call and told us to come test it out. I highly recommend the shop for all your automotive needs. Rigo took care of me and made sure my truck was running perfectly.

The mechanics here are very knowledgeable and transparent. As always life hits you when you least expect it my car had a failing headgasket that no other shop could figure out but they did it in a timely manner and quoted me a very reasonable price to fix my issue.

Update for the below response:You all know exactly who I am, and I know exactly who you are. You are the shadiest mechanics in El Paso, TX. You destroyed my vehicle and now I'm giving you all a 1 star which should be 0 stars. I'm telling everyone I know plus the dealerships and other mechanics in El Paso that you are all criminals that should no longer be in business.

Exceptional service and unbeatable prices! Rigo Built Garage provided me with a truly outstanding experience. Their team was incredibly professional, efficient, and attentive to every detail. Not only did they deliver top-notch service, but their pricing was also very competitive, making the entire process even more satisfying. Highly recommend Rigo Built Garage for anyone seeking quality service at affordable prices!

To be specific I would have given a 4.8 out of 5 rating. Always room for improvement once in a while for every business.Quality of work- 4.9(a/c repair failed in 2 weeks and entire system needed replacing. All other services were superior)Knowledge - 5(Identified issue with the front diff even though the shop doesn't provide this type of repair. 2 gear shops could not previously, maybe you could provide services.)Cost - 4.7 (upcharge for refrigerant is very high but otherwise you get what you pay for.)Honesty- 5(Very rare quality in your line of work.)Would highly recommend

Disappointed in those shop, as this is the third time I have used them! The first time, they installed my my Airlift suspension. They did a good job with the install, but I informed them that the suspension dropped on my passenger side and damaged my fender. The guy works the desk, can't remember his name, informed me he would get in contact with Airlift, and contact me. He was also supposed to get me the Vin for my suspension warranty, which he also failed to do. Second time I used them, they installed an alternator on my car, once the install was complete, they didn't explain to me that the car needs to relearn itself. I informed them my performance pages weren't working, and that's when they made the statement. The third time, I ahd them install rear LED lights on my rear diffuser. Upon "completion", they informed me they didn't install one wire due to it saying that it was for foglights. I also noticed to "light out" watning on my dash, and i had to go back in and ask what that was about. They explained, but they could have said all of this in the beginning! Once I got home, I figured out that the rear foglights the manufacturer stated, was actually my park lights. I called them again, and paid additional money to have this one wire installed correctly. I honestly don't think it was still installed correctly, even though I told them it was fine. I also noticed that they must have clipped the additional length on the wiring because there is no leverage on it whatsoever. If I needed to remove my rear diffuser, I will have a hard time doing so because the LED wiring was clipped and will make it difficult to remove the light. I'm going to deal with it for now, but I'm done with using this shop because they fail to communicate!

First time taking my car to the shop for an oil change and multipoint inspection and couldn't have had a better experience!Jessica, assisted me in answering all my questions and concerns related to my vehicle, explained everything in depth of what was needed to be done and made me feel comfortable! The Rigo Built Techs are very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. The service was top notch and I left feeling like I had a brand new vehicle all over again! This is the best shop in town and I will continue to bring my vehicle for future services.

Great shop! No issues with any work done so far. Only thing I would change is my service advisor/writer. Jesse was kind and polite, but every time I pay I am always charged a little bit extra than what I was quoted. Remember to always ask for an itemized estimate, be clear about your expectations, and review the work order. Rigo did take care of any concerns I brought to him though. Will be back.

I really wanted to give this shop a higher rating but after my second visit, I just can't seem to justify coming back or recommending this place to people I know. I took my cars here twice hoping the second visit would be better, but I just didn't have the best experience.I used to work on fighter airplanes so I enjoy maintenance work and I do most of the maintenance on my vehicle to save money and because it's fun. There are times where I take it to a mechanic because I don't have the time and/or some jobs are easier with two or more people. My most recent visit to RBG was on July 3rd, 2023. I had taken my car to get it looked at because my spark plugs were fouling and I was thinking maybe it skipped timing, but figured it would be good to have a second eye. So on July 5th, I had called in which they found that my 3rd injector was stuck open. I had brought them another injector to replace it along with oil and an oil filter to change the oil. Then they told me the fourth injector was also leaking and they would order me a o-ring kit and said it would arrive on Friday, July 7th. On July 7th I called and they told me there was a delay on the part and it would arrive on Monday July 10th. I called on July 10th and told me it has not arrived yet and that it would be here tomorrow (July 11). So I called again on Tuesday July 11th and they told me the part arrived but the technician working on my car had to go on leave for personal reasons and that he would be back on Thursday (July 13th). My thought process was "Why can't they just have someone else put the o-ring on the injector and test the fuel pressure and for any fuel leaks?". I didn't understand why they would make a customer wait so long for a job that isn't too demanding and if there was a reason to hold off maintenance for that job (ie they are busy or they're short on staffing) I would think they would give a reasoning, but I didn't receive any of that. On Wednesday (July 12th) I called at 2 pm and they told me they were just about to get someone on my car, but I had told them to hold off on doing any work and that I would just get the car back. I went to the shop around 4 pm to pick up the car and I had a tow truck on its way since I didn't have a fourth injector. The vehicle was not ready for me. I thought I gave them plenty of time to button everything up but I guess not. There was still missing hardware so I just told them I would cancel the tow and get it tomorrow. The next day I pick up the vehicle and pay. They charged me two hours of diagnostic and 1 hour of labor (remove and replace the one injector). The oil change wasn't done so they didn't charge me for it (I didn't understand why this wasn't done when it was in their shop for that long). The removal and replacement of 1 injector was $100 worth of labor which blew my mind because it's literally just 2 screws that are in front of you and the connector. It takes less than 5 minutes probably, but their system charges 1 hour of labor. I ended up paying over $330 and my car was in their shop for 7 business days for one fuel injector o-ring.Overall:I think Jesse is really cool and Jonathon is an awesome mechanic, but the business model here just doesn't provide the best guest experience. I was really hoping I can take my cars here for when I don't have the time to work on them myself, but I will just have to clean up my schedule to allow more time to work on my own cars and look elsewhere for a better shop when I don't.1.) I feel like their billing system takes advantage of customers (Billed $100 for 1 injector and its 1 hour of labor, I can understand half an hour), but that's just insane. I'm picturing someone looking at the screw for 25 minutes each before actually removing them.2.) They don't prioritize long term guest experience at least I didn't get that after two visits. They kept my vehicle in the shop for a simple job.3.) The lack of communication is subpar. I feel like they can do bet

I bought some kooks headers and rigo gave me a great price. I tried to do the work my self and it was too much for me. I had been working on them for a months and the car was in pieces and I had damaged the head. I thought all was lost so I packed every thing up and took it to rigo built what I could not do in a month he did in 4 days charging me not even a third of what I thought it was going to cost I got my car back and it’s a monster. Rigo and his crew are genius and honest and thorough. Thank you Rigo built for taking care of me I will be back.Services: Electrical repair
