This was the 3rd time I came and ordered the same thing but for some reason, the Chilli candy apple was not fresh, looked brown in the inside and the coating was SO IMPOSSIBLE and DIFFICULT to bite onto. Not only that, I bought few chocolate covered strawberries and the chocolate seems not fresh and was very soft like almost beginning to melt. The coating was too heavily thick that it would just get stuck on your teeth like PB. I lost my appetite and not wanting to come here again. Heavily disappointed.

The chocolate and everything we ordered definitely tasted fresh. We purchased
truffles, apples and chocolate covered strawberries .We ate some of it at an outside table so I didn't get a photo of everything.The employee Carlos was friendly, helpful and even recognized my stepson from previous visits and remembered the fact that he's military.

Very cute place. The staff were nice, the strawberries were excellent and so were the Carmel apples. I definitely will return.

Don’t listen to that dumb bimbo about the staff and the “fudge” not being fresh. They always go above and beyond to deliver exceptional customer service and the product HAS to be fresh due to health codes so not sure where she pulled that comment out of, but I have a few ideas as to where. I would recommend this location to anyone needing a chocolate fix without the hassle of worrying about bad customer service??

This place used to be a favorite but unfortunately, the staff they have genuinely don't care about offering fresh food or great customer service. The fudge they sell is always old and discolored, and instead of tossing it out and making it fresh, they tell you they have to keep it out for 2 weeks before they make more?For the prices they charge, they should be ashamed of themselves.

I used to really like this place but I just ripped off through their door dash wanted to bring a pound of chocolate strawberries to my small work potluck and since RMCF is one of my favorites I figured why not just have it delivered. I payed 37 and something cents for the strawberries and it specified the order was for one pound. When you usually buy strawberries from the store 20 strawberries= 1 lbs but I get they are chocolate covered so this amount will configure but realistically it shouldn't be much plus 37 for some strawberries is still drastic. I open my order and immediately realize from the size box they gave me that they had disappointed me. A total of nine strawberries. Charging almost 5$ per strawberry is ridiculous jeez.

I asked one of the ladies a question 5 times and she just kept ignoring me until I gave up asking ALSO I have gotten a Candy Apple requested it to be cut with a sterilized knife away from Walnuts and Pecans. I ended up having a severe allergic reaction. ALSO Tried calling to speak to a manager. NO RESPONSE.
