I’ve probably used almost every flower shop in El Paso and while not all are bad, sometimes I’ve been left with a bad experiences. From late/no deliveries to the flowers not looking like what I ordered online to straight up being lied to. I decided to give Roel flowers a chance and I stopped in yesterday 10/17/24 to order flowers for my girls birthday. They had beautiful bouquets ready to go and offered delivery free of charge! They said they would deliver by 11:30 am the following day to her work and they actually got there an hour early. I know I will be using them from now on. I highly recommend this business I love to support local.

They made me one right then and there!!
We needed a last minute boutonniere and we stopped at Roels Flowers and Carinas and both were rude!! NEVER WILL I GO TO THEIR SHOP AGAIN!! FIRST AND LAST TIME!!!

I placed an order for my aunts funeral, with 2 days notice and received a call from the shop the day before the services to inform me that they could not make the arrangement. I live out of state and do not know of where to order flowers from. My family can never take this moment back and had to pay double from 800-Flowers. I was also informed that my refund would take 5-7 business days, which was an additional inconvenience for us.
