First impression from visiting this store is it was extremely messy and filthy all around. Poorly managed and the staff was very rude . The ross district managers are not conducting inspections properly or possibly do not care . My advice is to bring courses on manners for new hires and every six months on manners for existing employees. Being polite and courteous is a large part of the retail Industry. Do better ross .
