Ross is the largest off-price retailer in the U.S. as of July 2024, Ross operates 1,795 stores in 43 U.S. states, Washington, D.C. and Guam,[7] covering much of the country, but with no presence in New England, Alaska, and areas of the Midwest. You can find plenty of clothing, home decor and home appliances products here. It is usually messy so I recommend visiting in the morning.

The customer service was horrible. The female security staff member was extremely rude, as was one of the managers. This experience was very disappointing—please do better

Very dirty and disgusting Ross. This store needs a real management team to come in and fix this place . It's a shame to all Ross stores across the nation . Mess and filth everywhere . Bathrooms full of toilet paper with feces overflowing from the trash thrown on the floor . Just a disgrace to a reputable shopping establishment.

They always have a wide assortment of quality items and well-known brands at low prices, they have plenty of parking and it is usually not congested with people like other branches.

Never buy clearance that says “as is”… you won’t be able to return it. They should make people aware of it before they purchase the items.
