Very disappointed in this ross store . It was dirty and messy all around . Poorly managed and all the staff was extremely rude for some reason. Courtesy and a polite smile goes a long way in the retail industry. Definitely should have a course on teaching their employees mannors as part of the hiring process.

cashier was terribly rude. I'm tried to unload my cart and she's already telling me to swipe! And then when I'm done paying and trying to grab my bags she calls another customer and was trying to usher me away. my card was still in the slot and she was being rude and snappy. If I were being a sloth I'd understand but that was just ridiculous...
