I usually go to a fee ross stores when shopping and this store was extremely filthy when I walked in . The floor screamed out to me dirty . I'm very disappointed that management and even the district managers allow this . It's not just this store . It's all the ross stores in this east side area. Also employees at these locations are very rude . Corporate definitely has to come down and see what's going on over here it's very disgraceful to ross stores .

Self check out is ridiculous. They stop you after you pay to scan your receipt and scan all your items. So you end up waiting in two lines. One to check out then another to scan your merchandise again 🤦🏻♀️
Regular cashier would be easier and faster

No customer service not just the cashier bit the store manager too very monotone and when asked something they don't know the girl called the manager the manager came and it was the same answer same attitude I asked if they could help me and t e manager straight out said no she was not there to help disbelieve
