Chevy Rudolph from El Paso Texas is very unreliable. I took my 2021 Chevy Silverado diesel. They never have the decency to call me back. They kept my truck for over three weeks. Nobody has the decency to call me back the guy that was helping me his name is Bill took off on vacation instead of letting me know that there is somebody else that could help me out some other guy Johny send me a text if I needed anything that I could reach out to him whatever I needed which I did. I called him texted him. He never responded when he did. He told me he will get back to me to let me in, let me know what was going on with my vehicle, five days later I finally spoke to the manager. He just stay quiet doesn’t know what’s going on. He’s gonna go figure it out and hopefully he will call me back but I need to pick up my vehicle ready or not. This place is very incompetent they need to. Retrain their staff or get new people. I took my vehicle to Chevy thinking that the best place will be the dealer it’s not. i’m getting ready to get ithe news media involved.

Spoke with service and I asked how much it would cost to fix an injector. Service told me $2100 which was $700 over local mechanic but I felt good about the decision. After spending, $300 for diagnostics, I was told $3000 to fix injector…upset but cool.
Had an electronic recall and the truck runs great…kinda glad I paid the $3100, now my headlight isn’t working and seat isn’t working.
Let’s see what happens next, the service guy is out this week.

This is my 4th vehicle in the past 10 years, 3rd new vehicle, from Rudolph. There was 1 hiccup this time that the General Manager addressed quickly and to my satisfaction. I will continue my relationship with Rudolph and would highly recommend to anyone.

This rating is mainly for the service department. Got a flat tire and took it to the service department last Thursday around 4:30pm. The gentleman Cesar made it seem as if it would be a quick patch up, so I didn’t mind waiting. Then after 45 minutes or so, Cesar comes out to tell me the technician who was repairing the tire, broke my rim cover. Of course, they have to order a replacement and told maybe following day. Stopped by Friday and Cesar says he did not tell me it was coming in today and said maybe Monday. Waited until Tuesday, no call as to a status or update. Called yesterday, and of course Cesar is too busy to answer my call and am told by the young lady on the phone that the part still has not arrived and maybe tomorrow (today), and pretty much told not to bother checking up because “he will call me when it comes in.” It is now 1 week later. I don’t have much confidence that my tire was even fixed properly, if they were not aware how to properly remove the tire/rim cover and broke it.

Jose Lopez is truly amazing! We really like his style... low key, super knowledgeable and personable. We felt really comfortable with him, like he was family. We had ordered our Blazer direct from GM, and he was very helpful in placing the order and correcting my mistakes. We will HIGHLY recommend Rudolph Chevrolet and Jose to everyone we know.
